Drawing again. Well, always have been. But mainly for the zines. Just lived through an earthquake. Not that it was at all life-threatening. But pretty exciting, and freaky. Good preparation for life in San Francisco.
My dad was in a play last week. We drove down to Little River to see it. He was a bit of an alcoholic. There was dancing, and eating, and a surprise proposal. Nice family times.
No longer a drive-in virgin. The factory/shed next door caught on fire halfway through the first movie, so that was kinda exciting. Take me again, take me again.
Thursday the 5th of February. Exhibition hangs and sister bella drinks. Nice nice times.

Recently took a trip with my mum and dad to Canberra for some distant family reunions and hey, any excuse to get out of the city and clear my muddled, muddled head. Oh, and road test my new 40D, best toy ever. Loves it. Back to reality.
There's nothing like flying by yourself to appreciate your own self. And there's nothing like the descent to Melbourne to make you realise how much you love home.
